Ingredients
  • Tuna (Starkist can Tuna in Water) - 2 small Cans
  • Broccili (or peas or any green vegetable) - 1 small bag
  • Shells (I use the small Shells) - 1 box
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • 1 bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (we use mexican blend)
  • Optional: Bacon Pieces

Directions
  1. Open and drain 2 cans of Tuna
  2. Put tuna in a small sauce pan on the stove over Medium heat (This helps to drain the liquid off and make it more solid.)
  3. Add Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Garlic Salt to Tuna and stir.
  4. Let this simmer, stirring occassionally over medium heat for 5-10 min.
  5. Boil 4 quarts of water with tsp of salt
  6. Add Pasta & Broccili to water and continue to boil (uncovered) for 8 min.
  7. While this is boiling, take a large bowl and combine Ranch Dressing, Parmesan Cheese, & Shreeded Cheese in a bowl.
  8. Mix these ingrediants thoroughly -- You may want to add more or less based on your taste preference of each item
  9. Add tuna to bowl and mix.
  10. Drain Pasta and broccili.
  11. Add to bowl and mix in with Tuna. -- This can sometimes be tedious as the shredded cheese can melt and stick together. Just keep mixing, it'll smooth out!
  12. Add bacon pieces and serve.
