How to make it

  • For Grilled Chicken

  • Combine all ingredients and let rest in a zipper bag for about an hour, or up to over night.
  • Grill chicken over medium high heat a couple minutes on each side, until cooked through to 165. Set aside, then chop
  • For Rest of Pizza

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add garlic, Parmesan and some black pepper and mix to combine.
  • Add half and half or milk a lil at a time until mixture is JUST thin enough to spread. Don't make this thin, like a pizza sauce, you want to spread this on more like stiff icing.
  • Top with onion and mushroom slices, bacon, chicken pieces, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese. See Photo
  • Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, just until heated through, melted and bubbly.(or, follow package directions if using a packaged pizza crust)
  • *this can also be grilled!
