Farmer's Tagliatelle With Spring Veggies

- Tagliatelle shopping list
- Fresh Green asparagus (pick the skinny ones, they're more tender and crispy) shopping list
- fresh mushrooms - Halved (I used the brown kind, anyone know what they're called?) shopping list
- fresh spinach shopping list
- 3 slices of English bacon - Sliced into 1 inch strips shopping list
- Fresh Parmasan cheese shopping list
- truffle oil shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Boil the water for the pasta
- 2. Heat up a frying pan with a dash of Olive oil
- 3. Sautee Mushrooms until slightly golden
- 4. Toss in Asparagus and sautee until half cooked
- 5. Toss in Spinach & English Bacon
- 6. Drizzle with a teaspoon of Truffle oil and salt & pepper
- 7. Stir until Spinach is wilted.
- 8. Drain pasta and throw into the pan with the veggies. Stirl and sprinkle with fresh parmasan.
- 9. Serve and Enjoy !!
