How to make it

  • 1. Boil the water for the pasta
  • 2. Heat up a frying pan with a dash of Olive oil
  • 3. Sautee Mushrooms until slightly golden
  • 4. Toss in Asparagus and sautee until half cooked
  • 5. Toss in Spinach & English Bacon
  • 6. Drizzle with a teaspoon of Truffle oil and salt & pepper
  • 7. Stir until Spinach is wilted.
  • 8. Drain pasta and throw into the pan with the veggies. Stirl and sprinkle with fresh parmasan.
  • 9. Serve and Enjoy !!
