How to make it

  • 1. Combine garlic, soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of vinegar in a container. Marinade your chicken overnight.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add in your cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, put-in the marinated chicken.
  • 3. Add water and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the dried bay leaves and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  • 5. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes

    Hey, yeah I think I might have been mistaken with the total hours. The marination takes overnight though :)
