Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place rhubarb, cinnamon, sugar, orange zest & juice in a small sauce saucepan See Photo.
  • Bring to simmer over medium-high heat See Photo. Lower heat to a gentle simmer and cook about 5 minutes, until rhubarb starts to break down.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold.

    My goodness ... this brings back wonderful memories of my grandmother's rhubarb patch in Wyoming. She was a terrific cook and rhubarb was one of the things she really knew how to prepare! My sisters and I luv rhubarb pie and all things tart! Great post. Thanks!
