Interesting Mashed Potatoes

I made these on accident. I as trying to make potato salad and i didnt have the correct ingredients and i mashed too much. But the end result was something that i was not expecting. They still tasted good.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds golden potatoes, scrubbed and cut evenly shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard powder shopping list
- 1 heaping teaspoon prepared yellow mustard shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and cut potatoes then put them in a pot with water.
- Bring to boil and cook for 20 mins
- Drain and mash potatoes
- Add everything BUT mayo and mix evenly
- Add mayo and mix evenly
- Serve

Nothing to complain about with this recipe. As I hinted, I served these with BBQ pork chop sammiches and the combo was perfect. Just tasted like a warm potato salad. I left the skins on and I didn't mash the devil out of 'em, I just smashed 'em up ...more
