    Recipe by Itisnot_me: Interesting Mashed Potatoes
    Hot mashed potatoes that tastes like deviled eggs.............Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
    I took this recipe a step backwards and left the potatoes in chunks like a true potato salad.
    Bet this would taste even better chilled.
    I don't see any reason in the world why the mayo has to be stirred in last.
    I mixed the dry ingredients then the wet ingredients then them both together then stirred them into the potatoes.

    seriously, these tasted like warm tater salad and it went perfectly with the BBQ pork chop sammiches we had. I left the skins on, as usual, and I left some texture, but not over much. I just hand smashed 'em rather than in the KA.

    I have nothing to complain about with this recipe.... though I didn't do the steps as directed, I did just mix it up like P7O did.
