made two over the last few days... no, didn't have them together. :-)

Luv's sammich was lunch and Me's taters were just as I expect to serve them... with BBQ pork chop sammiches.

I did have to bastardize the sammich, I'm afraid, but, I think I got enough of the flavors and idea to be able to rate them. We don't like sweet ham, so I used smoked ham, a smoked herbed Jack cheese, and jalapeno stuffed green peppers instead of black. And, I put it all on croissants and pressed 'em in the cast iron. These were fabulous! We love all the ingredients but I have never had mushrooms and olives on a sammich, before, I don't think. SO good. :-)

The Interesting Mashed Potatoes came out just as I expected them to. I know that P7O has a thread out there so I'll link to it, but I wanted to add a lil blurb, here, too... it tasted just like a warm tater salad....but since we like warm tater salad, it was fine with us. :-)

Those mashed potatoes look like they could use some hard boiled egg in them. From my point of view, anyway.
You didn't serve them together but those pictures look like you could! :)

Sorry so late guys! Been super busy BUT so glad you enjoyed Keni! I completely understand the honey ham thing. Briauna hates the stuff but I like it ;) YUM a croissant would have been perfect with this! I seem to never thing of them though! Thanks for the review and picture!! :o)
