How to make it

  • Spread the mayo on one slice of bread and the hot mustard on the other. Over the mayo spread the chopped olives. Top with the rest of the ingredients ending in the smoked cheddar. Cook in your panini maker or pan. Enjoy!

    Sounds great! I would use a regular ham instead of honey, but that's just personal preference. : ) Saving this one!

    Very good. We had these at lunch and were devoured. Please see my link for all the ways I had to sub.... but, I still think I have a right to rate it cus the important flavors were all there! :-)

    Now that's a loaded sammich.... we don't like sweet ham, but if we used smoke, we'd just get a double dose of smoke, and leave the "sweet" for the peppers...that okay with you? :-)
