Smokey Honey Ham and Olive Panini

I love coming up with new panini's and I really ejoyed this one, so I thought I'd share! Smokey from the cheese, spice kick from the mustard, sweet from the honey ham, oh and salty from the olives! It has it all!
Ingredients
- 2 slice rye bread ( I used a swirl) shopping list
- 1 Tbs mayo shopping list
- 1 Tbs hot and spicy mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped black olives shopping list
- 3 - 4 thin slices deli honey ham shopping list
- 4 slices of a portobello mushroom shopping list
- 2 - 4 pieces of roasted red bells (whatever gives a good layer, out of a jar they come in all sizes ;) shopping list
- 4 thin slices purple onion shopping list
- 2 slices smoked cheddar (if they are small, 1 if larger) shopping list
How to make it
- Spread the mayo on one slice of bread and the hot mustard on the other. Over the mayo spread the chopped olives. Top with the rest of the ingredients ending in the smoked cheddar. Cook in your panini maker or pan. Enjoy!

Now that's a loaded sammich.... we don't like sweet ham, but if we used smoke, we'd just get a double dose of smoke, and leave the "sweet" for the peppers...that okay with you? :-)

Very good. We had these at lunch and were devoured. Please see my link for all the ways I had to sub.... but, I still think I have a right to rate it cus the important flavors were all there! :-)
