How to make it

  • Dip meat in flour mixture, shake off excess
  • Dip in egg and then into flour mixture to coat well
  • Shake off excess
  • Fry your meat in hot oil till golden and cooked on each side
  • Note: esp. when using chicken breasts, be sure its even thickness for best frying.

    Believe it or not....I have never had Chicken Fried steak....but it certainly sounds yummy! Bookmarked to try. Nice post!
