Mushrooms/ Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

- Mushroom paste shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon shopping list
- 1 cup sauteed wild mushrooms (quick sautee in 1 tbsp olive oil, sall, pepper and 3 tbsp white wine) shopping list
- 4 tbsp cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- smoked salmon spread shopping list
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon shopping list
- 1/4 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon shopping list
- white pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 loaf of good Italian bread shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the bread and drizzle with olive oil.
- Put the slices in the oven and broil until toasted with a golden color, this should take about 5 minutes in a hot oven, keep an eye on them so they won't burn.
- Make the pastes by mixing the ingredients of each one in a food processor. (1st make the mushroom paste, wash the container and then 2nd the salmon paste)
- Spread an even amount of paste on each slice.
- Arrange the slices in plates and serve.
