How to make it

  • Slice the bread and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Put the slices in the oven and broil until toasted with a golden color, this should take about 5 minutes in a hot oven, keep an eye on them so they won't burn.
  • Make the pastes by mixing the ingredients of each one in a food processor. (1st make the mushroom paste, wash the container and then 2nd the salmon paste)
  • Spread an even amount of paste on each slice.
  • Arrange the slices in plates and serve.
