The boiled buckwheat is russian nationality dish, we call it - GRECHNEVAYA KASHA :) it's very healthy and easy for preparing but you have to know some secret for do it :) I like to eat the boiled buckwheat with butter and sometimes with mushrooms

Ingredients
  • It's depend from you appetite - for me
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • water
  • 250-300 grm mushrooms (i use russian white mushroom my vocabulary told me that in english it's "cep" - Boletus edulis, Italian - Porcino)
  • onion
  • salt
  • oil

Directions
  1. Wash the buckwheat
  2. add in pan buckwheat and water
  3. water have to be above buckwheat for 1.5 cm.
  4. add salt
  5. boil
  6. after make the heat for min
  7. and preparing till water go off
  8. grain of buckwheat have to be soft
  9. fry mushrooms with onion
  10. add the mushrooms to boiled buckwheat
  11. if you like you can mix it
  12. enjoy
