Chocolate Fleur De Sel Bonbons

- 1 pound good quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa) shopping list
- 2 tbsp fleur de sel shopping list
- 30 bonbon cups shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the chocolate.
- Place the chocolate in a double boiler (water bath) and let it melt.
- Line a plastic tray with the bonbon cups.
- Put the melted chocolate in a pipping bag and pour a small amount on each cup.
- Let the chocolate set for 10 minutes and then sprinkle each bonbon with a tiny amount of fleur de sel.
- Put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate is fully set.
- These chocolates, nicely wrapped, make a wonderful gift.
