How to make it

  • Chop the chocolate.
  • Place the chocolate in a double boiler (water bath) and let it melt.
  • Line a plastic tray with the bonbon cups.
  • Put the melted chocolate in a pipping bag and pour a small amount on each cup.
  • Let the chocolate set for 10 minutes and then sprinkle each bonbon with a tiny amount of fleur de sel.
  • Put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate is fully set.
  • These chocolates, nicely wrapped, make a wonderful gift.
