  • mix egg whites
  • add sugar gradually while mixing
  • should be a stiff peak
  • crush crackers & walnuts
  • fold into meringue
  • bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
  • frosting
  • mix all ingredients
  • let cake cool and frost
  • circle cake with strawberries until you reach the center.
