Chocolate Tofu Mousse

I hated Tofu, although I had never tried it but this is yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 package silken tofu (12.3 ounces) drained shopping list
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 cup powered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Put all the above in food processor, puree for about 1 minute scraping down sides as needed or until very smooth
