Chocolate Tofu Mousse

    Recipe by Cheffiona: Chocolate Tofu Mousse
    Good chocolaty flavor. It sets up like pudding right away. Chilling now to see if it gets thicker. Made two 1c Pyrex serving bowels.
    Leaves a dry feeling in the mouth after the mousse is swallowed.
    Bumped up the ingredient amounts to reflect a 1lb package of tofu.

    Only drained the Tofu about 10 minutes on paper towels without any pressure on top. Internet instructions are nebulous on the length of time for drainage and some say to use top pressure, some not.
    So with top pressure the Tofu might have drained more and made for a thicker Mousse. It's pudding thick already. I'm just saying that it might could be thicker for that Mousse quality.

    This probably could be whipped up in a blender instead of a food processor.

    I haven't drained silken tofu before, or any other tofu, and am probably being a little OCD about getting it done right.

    Belated input from mother. She says the chocolate flavor is strong enough to walk.
