How to make it

  • On a Large round serving platter first take the leafed lettuce and chunks break them with your hand and spread them along the tray in and out. Then arrange all the other vegetables. The other ingredients arrange them decoratively on top around the platter decoratively.
  • With the dressing while shaking pour over the platter. With the extra dressing place on the table in a dressing Carafe or jar for anyone to use more. Bon apatite
