- Lettuce: 1 head sliced in 8 chunks. shopping list
- Tomatoes: 3 large ones sliced in circles. shopping list
- Cucumbers: 3 large cleaned and sliced in circles. shopping list
- Radishes: 2 bags rinsed and sliced in half shopping list
- Green pepperoncino Peppers in jar: 1 jar shopping list
- Green Bell Peppers: 2 large sliced in long pieces. shopping list
- Red Onion: 2 large sliced in circles separated. shopping list
- black olives Medium: 2 cans pitted medium size shopping list
- green olives with pimentos in them: 2 jars shopping list
- Anchovies: 2 cans (optional contains salt) shopping list
- Pepperoni: 1lbs. sliced shopping list
- Salami: 1lbs. sliced shopping list
- Tuna: 2 cans White Albacore shopping list
- Hard Provolone Cheese: 1 lbs. sliced in long sticks about 1/2' thick shopping list
- Optional: 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced in half shopping list
- Dressing Ingredients: shopping list
- Olive Oil: 1 cup shopping list
- Red Wine Vinegar: 1 cup shopping list
- Water: 1/2 cup shopping list
- Oregano: 1 tbs shopping list
- Garlic powder: 1tbs. shopping list

- Red hot pepper flakes shopping list
- Mix all of the above in a bottle shaking vigorously. shopping list
How to make it
- On a Large round serving platter first take the leafed lettuce and chunks break them with your hand and spread them along the tray in and out. Then arrange all the other vegetables. The other ingredients arrange them decoratively on top around the platter decoratively.
- With the dressing while shaking pour over the platter. With the extra dressing place on the table in a dressing Carafe or jar for anyone to use more. Bon apatite
