How to make it

  • Mix Sugar, Gingerale and eggs.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir well.
  • Fold in carrots and walnuts.
  • Pour mixture into a round cake pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes!
  • Best served with cream cheese frosting!
