- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- ½ cup (about 6) prawns, peeled and cleaned shopping list
- 1 stalk lemongrass, thinly sliced shopping list
- ¼ cup galangal root, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 kaffir lime leaf, crushed shopping list
- 2-3 Red thai chilies shopping list
- ¼ cup small mushrooms, quartered shopping list
- 2 tsp fish sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp white sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp chili paste in oil shopping list
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped shopping list
- ¼ cup fresh shallots, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the stock to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir in the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, galangal, shallot, chili paste and fish sauce and boil for three minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and prawns and boil until cooked. Scoop into bowls and top with coriander. Serve!
