My mom used to make this when I was a kid. It was always my favorite, and is now a favorite for my kids as well. I have not changed her recipe at all, as it is perfect just the way it is.

Ingredients
- 2 C. Ham, cubed
- 4 C. potatos, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 C. shredded cheese
- 1/2 C. chopped onions
Directions
- In a Crock Pot, mix all ingredients well. (will be very thick until cooked!)
- Set on medium cook for 4-6 hours.
- Serve.

I made this, but had to leave out mushrooms because I can't eat them n used the cream chic soup, was so yummy.This will be made often in my home.

So glad you liked it. I've used cream of chicken before, too, when I didn't have the cream of mushroom. (it makes a good substitute for almost any recipe that calls for cream of mushroom)
