I tried this and boy are they good.

Ingredients
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1egg

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl mix all ingredients together, roll into 24 balls then flatten with and put in a 350 degree oven and bake for 16-18 minutes or until edges are brown
