How to make it

  • Chop up the cabbage and onion and mix with the grated carrots in a large bowl
  • Blend the other ingredients together and whisk
  • Add the dressing to the slaw, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the dressing to settle in with the veggies
  • If you want an added kick, mince up 2 jalapeno's without the seeds and add to the mix.
  • Enjoy!
