Chicken Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray one side of tortilla with cooking spray (I like butter flavored) and place sprayed side down on griddle or pan
  • spread chipotle sauce on tortilla
  • top with chicken, cheese and desired filling
  • cover with other tortilla and spray again with cooking spray
  • brown evenly on both sides unitl cheese is melted
  • serve with desired sides

    This is a family favorite. The kids want me to make extra chicken so that there will be left overs. I love to use Cookies BBQ Sauce (Brand-if you haven't tried it -it is great!) w/ the chicken etc. The George Foreman Grill is great with making the quesadillas. Very quick!
