How to make it
- Take the prosciutto slices and cut them into 3 smaller portions.
- Wrap 1 portion of prosciutto around 1 melon cube and seal with a toothpick.
- Repeat step 2 until you run out of ingredients.
- Plate and serve.
- This is great to serve at parties. You can make a big plate of this and put it in the fridge until it's time to serve.
