How to make it

  • Take the prosciutto slices and cut them into 3 smaller portions.
  • Wrap 1 portion of prosciutto around 1 melon cube and seal with a toothpick.
  • Repeat step 2 until you run out of ingredients.
  • Plate and serve.
  • This is great to serve at parties. You can make a big plate of this and put it in the fridge until it's time to serve.

    one day just for fun, try drizzling with a little honey, fresh lime juice, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil :-)
