Maid-rites

- Serves 4-5 people
Maid-rites as close as I can get them from a local place in Ohio.
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger shopping list
- 3 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons pepper *may want to use less* shopping list
How to make it
- Steam hamburger in a double boiler until done
- Drain off grease and return to double boiler
- add sugar,salt,pepper and mustard
- stir and cover
- let simmer at least 20 minutes
- longer simmering improves flavor
- serve on hamburger buns with pickles onions and mustard
