How to make it

  • Melt butter and add onions to tender. Add in chicken and sauté until done.
  • Poor in water, vegetables and spices.
  • Cook for 10 minutes until boiling and turn off heat.
  • Allow soup to rest for 1 hour then you may reheat and serve.
  • This spicy but not overly hot soup is wonderful with fresh baked wheat bread and salad.
  • Healthy, low fat and complete. Enjoy.
