Wasabi Hot Dog Recipe

How to make it

  • Grill weiners until done.
  • Spread wasabi paste on buns in place of butter
  • Put weiner in bun.
  • Place a generous stripe of Japanese Cream Sauce Ginger Mayo over the weiner.
  • Top with slices of pickled ginger
  • Serve with fresh vegetables and dip for a side
