How to make it

  • Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal portions and roll portions out into about 5X5 inches.(a little smaller is fine, too)
  • Place the squares on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Place pieces of chocolate bars close to the edges on two opposite sides. See Photo
  • Roll pastry edge over each portion of chocolate See Photo
  • Then roll in one more time to meet in the middle See Photo.
  • Bake in preheated oven per package directions until puffed and lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately or these are good once they've cooled off, too.
  • Top with whipped cream and a few extra shaves of chocolate, if desired, to serve.
