Simple Chocolate Pastries

- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed shopping list
- about 12oz premium thin chocolate bar(I used a few different types....dark, with toffee, and with cayenne) shopping list
- whipped cream for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal portions and roll portions out into about 5X5 inches.(a little smaller is fine, too)
- Place the squares on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Place pieces of chocolate bars close to the edges on two opposite sides. See Photo
- Roll pastry edge over each portion of chocolate See Photo
- Then roll in one more time to meet in the middle See Photo.
- Bake in preheated oven per package directions until puffed and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately or these are good once they've cooled off, too.
- Top with whipped cream and a few extra shaves of chocolate, if desired, to serve.
