How to make it

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in medium bowl.
  • Put meat and desire veggies(I don't marinate pineapple :) in extra large zipper bag and add the marinade.
  • Marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours, up to over night..
  • Skewer onto soaked bamboo or metal skewers, as desired and grill over high heat until desired doneness, but don't over cook.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro as serving.
