For beef Marinade
- 2lbs lean beef, cubed shopping list
- 1/2-2T crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- about 1/4 cup peanut or olive oil shopping list
- juice from 1 lime shopping list
- 2T chopped lemon grass shopping list
- 1-3T honey shopping list
- 2T oyster sauce shopping list
- 1T fish sauce shopping list
- 1T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1T Chinese hot mustard shopping list
- about 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated shopping list
- several dashes sriracha sauce shopping list
- plenty of fresh ground pepper shopping list
- [section]Suggested Veggies/Fruits[/sections] shopping list
- bell peppers, cubed shopping list
- sweet or red onion, cut into about 1 inch pieces shopping list
- fresh mushrooms shopping list
- squash or zucchini, sliced or cubed shopping list
- fresh pineapple chunks shopping list
- cherry tomatoes shopping list
- Fresh cilantro for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all marinade ingredients in medium bowl.
- Put meat and desire veggies(I don't marinate pineapple :) in extra large zipper bag and add the marinade.
- Marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours, up to over night..
- Skewer onto soaked bamboo or metal skewers, as desired and grill over high heat until desired doneness, but don't over cook.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro as serving.
