Easy Oven Cheddar Grits

If you know me, you know I like good food, done as easily as possible. My local market had these white grits on their shelves, and I thought I would like to make some; but as always the directions on them were "stand and stir" "stand and stir". Read more ..I looked at them and thought they looked a lot like Polenta, so I decided to use my baked polenta method with just a few gritty adjustments. It turned out beautifully! I served this with some Spice Rubbed BBQ Quail...delish! See less
