    So glad you posted this! About a year ago we got 1/2 a steer which got us about 120 lbs ground beef and a lot of top round plus much more! I've made some Swiss steak but not this way and crazily I have ONE package of the top round left! Using it for this..looks yum!

    Clever you. Should be tender & delicious. Grass fed beef. I know that tune well. Like the recipe for cooking a Gala (an Australian parrot). Put the Gala in a pot with a combat boot, fill with water, add some salt and cook until the boot is tender. Throw out the Gala and eat the boot. RJ
