Bing Cherry Cheese Cake

- Crust: your choice I just use graham cracker crumbs on the bottom and sides of a well buttered deep, 9 inch springform pan shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 4, 8 oz pkg cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- zest of one lemon shopping list
- 1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 lg eggs shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 2 cups fresh bing cherries, cut in half and pitted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500F
- beat cream cheese smooth
- beat in sugar smooth
- Slowly beat in the cream, lemon zest and vanilla
- Fork beat eggs
- Blend in eggs into cheese mixture slowly but to incorporate well
- Gently fold in the bing cherries by hand
- Pour mixture into prepared crust
- Place pan in oven and immediately reduce oven heat to 325F
- Bake 45- 1 hour or until cake appears set
- Remove to rack, draft free to cool completely
- Chill well covered overnight when cool
- Remove sides and serve and enjoy!
