How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 500F
  • beat cream cheese smooth
  • beat in sugar smooth
  • Slowly beat in the cream, lemon zest and vanilla
  • Fork beat eggs
  • Blend in eggs into cheese mixture slowly but to incorporate well
  • Gently fold in the bing cherries by hand
  • Pour mixture into prepared crust
  • Place pan in oven and immediately reduce oven heat to 325F
  • Bake 45- 1 hour or until cake appears set
  • Remove to rack, draft free to cool completely
  • Chill well covered overnight when cool
  • Remove sides and serve and enjoy!
