These have been around for awhile. A true classic. I just made these for a baby shower I hosted and they were a huge hit. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Red decorators sugar

Directions
  1. Mix gelatin, coconut and pecans.
  2. Stir in vanilla and milk.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Shape into small balls or into the shape of strawberries.
  6. Roll in red sugar.
