TOFU BANANA AND FUDGE SUNDAE

This is a recipe my daughter gave me, I personally have not made it but am assured that it is very good.My daughter is a vegetarian hence the use of Tofu, also she did not have proper measurements as she says she just makes it. Read more .... So I have done my best to add some. See less
Ingredients
- 300g firm silken tofu shopping list
- 2 tblsp of a good caramel sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 banana, sliced shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
- Wafers or curls to decorate shopping list
- 25g plain fudge, chopped to serve shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the Tofu until very smooth in a food processor.
- Add the caramel sauce, vanilla to the puree until thoroughly combined.
- spoon into serving glasses with the banana and ice cream and decorate.
