- A= shopping list
- 1. Boneless chicken – 1kg cut in cubes shopping list
- 2. ginger paste – 1 tsp shopping list
- 3. garlic paste – 1 tsp shopping list
- 4. soya sauce – 1 tbsp shopping list
- 5. white vinegar – 1 tbsp shopping list
- 6. sugar – 1 tsp shopping list
- 7. salt – to taste shopping list
- 8. Red crushed chili – ½ tbsp. shopping list
- 9. oil – 2 tbsp shopping list
- B= shopping list
- Shashlik sauce: shopping list
- tomato pulp – shopping list
- red chili powder – 1 tsp shopping list
- salt – to taste shopping list
- soya sauce – 1 tsp shopping list
- white vinegar – 1 tbsp shopping list
- tomato sauce – 2 tbsp shopping list
How to make it
- A=
- Apply all above ingredients in chicken and leave for half an hour. Then cook in sauce pan from both sides and put in a pan.
- B=
- Take a pan, add tomato pulp, red chili, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce, cook until it turns into a thick sauce.
- Fry boiled rice in 3 cloves of garlic and serve with shashlik.
- Take a serving dish, Egg Fried rice in corners, in middle place prepared shahslik and serve with sauce.
