Cucumber Sandwiches

These are very refreshing. I serve them often at events I cater and they are always a big hit. LIght and refreshing and they look very pretty on the serving tray
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 8 plum tomatoes shopping list
- 1 package ranch party dip shopping list
- Cocktail rye bread shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dried ranch dip.
- Rake cucumbers with skin on with fork then slice into thin slices.
- Slice tomatoes into thin slices.
- Spread mixture on bread and top with a cucumber slice.
- Spread a small amount of mixture on top of cucumber slice and top with a tomato slice.
