How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease and flour a 9x13in pan.
  • Sift together flour, powder, soda, and spices. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and pumpkin until well combined.
  • Stir in flour mixture slowly until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes.

    Cosmicmother ate it and said...
    This was just ok for me. My kids liked it and went back for more, but I wouldn't make it again. It was nothing like a blondie and set up more like a pumpkin pie filling or very moist cake.
