Ingredients

How to make it

  • Garnish the martini glasses by dipping the rim of the glasses in the egg white and then into a little cocoa powder to create a chocolate rim all around the edge of each glass.
  • Pour the vodka, cointreau, orange juice, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
  • Shake everything together for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into the garnished martini glasses.
  • For a traditional martini finish, stick a cocktail stick through the chocolate eggs (as you would an olive) and sit it in the glasses.
  • ENJOY!!!!

Gee, and to think I merely hand people glasses of Midori Melonballs as they enter here instead of our usual glasses of wine when we get really into it.
I love the blend of chocolate and orange and this just sounds happy to serve and drink. Plus, we have plenty of seating... These are a must-do.
