How to make it

  • 1. Put this lot in your blender and pulse/blend until TOTALLY homogenised.
  • 2. Pour into a suitable serving container.
  • 3. Sup and enjoy.
  • I sometimes grate a wee tad of nutmeg on this as a garnish, looks pretty and taste nice.
  • Be creative; add a fresh strawberry or two, some Kiwi Fruit, guava, etc.

    Okay, nice. I'll substitute the vanilla for coconut and the moo cow f**k milk for coconut too. Medium chain triglycerides, yo! p.s. Screw dole pineapple, it can never eat away at your tongue the way real pineapple can.

    I love me a good smoothie. I love me some island boys to run me some coconut. And I love me some rum! One thing I really noticed the difference of when I was in Hawaii, is what a ripe mango is there, and what a ripe mango is here, stateside, huge difference.
