How to make it

  • Place all items in the pot.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover.
  • Simmer for 45 min. to an hour or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove bay leaves and serve.
  • Note: This is also the same recipe that I use when I make chicken noodle soup, I just add a little more stock for that one.
