Ingredients

How to make it

  • First, make sure the kale is completely dry. Hold the Kale by its stem, and tear the leaf from the stem (the stem will not baked well so make sure its removed completely). Once you removed the stem, tear each leaf to 2-3 pieces. Arrange them on a baking sheet, spray them with some olive oil and sprinkle some salt. That’s it!
  • Bake in 420f for 6-7 minutes or until the kale starts to brown in the edges. Careful, if you wait to long it will get burned. Allow the kale to chill and it’s ready. You won’t believe this boring green became so crispy and tasty.
