White Chocolate and Pecan nut tarts

- 3 sheets of shortcrust pastry shopping list
- 100g white cooking chocolate chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c cream shopping list
- 1/4 c icing sugar shopping list
- 1 egg lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/3 c pecan nuts,toasted and finely chopped shopping list
- 60g milk chocolate melted shopping list
How to make it
- grease two deep 12 hole patty tins
- cut out shortpastry to, and press into the greased pans, prick bases with a fork, and freeze for 20mins
- then cook in in a hot oven at 200.c for 10mins or until golden, remove and cool
- reduce oven temp to 120.c
- meanwhile combine white chocolate, cream and icing sugar in a small heat proof bowl, place over a small pan of simmering water, stirring until choc has melted, remove from heat, cool slightly and whisk in egg until commbinned
- divide the nuts and chocolate mixture evenly among pastry cases
- bake for 15mins or until lightly browned and set, stand in the pan for 5 mins then transfer to wire rack and cool
- drizzle melted milk chocolate over each tart, stand at room temp til set
