How to make it

  • In a food processor,or by hand finely chop each vegetable
  • Place vegetables in a large bowl
  • Then in food processor finely chop the imitation seafood along with the tuna
  • Mix all together.
  • Bind with good quality mayo, juice from a fresh lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Note: I served the salad in a large white ceramic fish tray and garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley

    It was a good recipe! Thank you for the upload.
    I served it in hollowed out tomatoes and it was very yummy. I put not that much mayonnaise and the juiciness of the tomatoes compensated for that.
