How to make it

  • Soak the bulgar in boiling water for 20 minutes. Cover bowl with plastic wrap to assist in the soaking process.
  • chop the parsley, remove stems
  • chop mint
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Dress with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy.
  • It will keep a week!
