- 1 cup of Bulgar wheat shopping list
- 1 cup of boiling water shopping list
- 2 bunches of parsley, curly is best, actually shopping list
- 1 bunch of fresh mint shopping list
- 1 large zucchini, scrubbed, and diced shopping list
- 6 green onions, washed sliced on the diagonal shopping list
- 1/3 cup of crumbled feta shopping list
- 1 and only 1 tbsp of good olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt shopping list
- several grinds of black pepper shopping list
- 2 lemons, squeezed shopping list
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the bulgar in boiling water for 20 minutes. Cover bowl with plastic wrap to assist in the soaking process.
- chop the parsley, remove stems
- chop mint
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Dress with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
- It will keep a week!
