How to make it

  • Trim broccoli into large florets with the stems attaches. Half thick stems lengthwise, so they cook evenly. Put in steaming basket and steam over boiling water for 5 min.
  • In ghe meantime warm olive oil in a large skillet and cook garlic slivers over low medium heat until pale brown. Add pepper flakes, s+p, and broccoli and saute until broccoli is heated through.
  • Put Broccoli in a serving bowl, sprinkle with parmesan and serve at once.
