蒸釀黃瓜 Steamed Stuffed Cucumber

- 2 cucumbers shopping list
A
- 200 g minced pork shopping list
- 50 g shimps, cleaned & deveined shopping list
- 2 water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger shopping list
B
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. corn starch shopping list
- 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 pinch of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel cucumbers, cut into 2cm slices and scoop out the seeds.
- Use your Chinese cleaver and mince A together until fine. Place mixture in a small bowl, add B to it. Mix well.
- Fill the cucumber slices with the mixture.
- Carefully place stuffed cucumber slices in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
