Louisiana Style Greens And Sausage

- 1 tb olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion, diced not to fine shopping list
- 8 oz. Andouille sausage shopping list
- 1 lb. (1 bag ) Southern Greens Blend ( I used Trader Joe's with mustard, turnip, collards and spinach ) shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- S+P shopping list
How to make it
- In a big pot, over medium heat, cook onion in olive oil until soft. Add the sausage and cook for a couple more minutes. Add the greens and the broth and simmer gently over low heat for 30 min., until the greens are tender. Season and serve at once. We had Chipotle - honey glazed sweet potatoes and some pork chop with it.
