Butter Pecan Crunch Recipe
This is an awesome dessert and one that is especially good on a hot day. Very tasty and very creamy. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 quart butter pecan ice cream softened
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 2 small toffee candy bars crushed

Directions
  1. Combine crumbs and butter then pat into bottom of rectangular baking pan then chill.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat pudding mixes and milk until well blended.
  3. Fold in ice cream and whipped topping then spoon over crust.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars and freeze.
  5. Thaw 20 minutes before serving.
