Ha-Cha-Cha Burgers

- 1 pkg ground chicken shopping list
- 1 peach, peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 nectarine, diced shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced red onion shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 lime, juiced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chopped pickled jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbs chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs shopping list

How to make it
- In a small bowl, blend peach, nectarine, onions, cilantro, lime juice and jalapenos; refrigerate. In a medium bowl, blend remaining ingredients and form mixture into four patties (patties will be wet). Place on a lightly oiled grill and cook over medium high direct heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- Burgers are done when a meat thermometer inserted into the sides reaches 165° or juices run clear and burgers bounce back to the touch.
- Serve with salsa, with or without a roll.
