Walnut Raisin Muffins

- ½ cup rolled oats shopping list
- ½ cup all purpose flour shopping list
- ½ cup whole white wheat flour shopping list
- ½ cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- ½ cup walnuts (toasted and chopped) shopping list
- ½ cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease two six-muffin tins.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the wet ingredients an another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients with the nuts and raisins. Fill the tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
